Keynote Talk – David Nichol Smith Seminar in Eighteenth-Century Studies XVII ‘Dark Enlightenme

I am completely thrilled to be giving the ECR keynote address at the David Nichol Smith Seminar in Eighteenth-Century Studies XVII, taking place 2-4 December 2020 in Adelaide, Australia. The theme of the conference is ‘Dark Enlightenments’, and I’ll be presenting my work on eighteenth-century fatness in my keynote. I also could not be more excited to be travelling to Australia for the first time (despite my hatred of flying)!
